MTH in the Countyside
This weekend sees the 15th Darley Dale Tranport and County Show. Somewhat unfortunately, due to all this terrible wet weather, the main show arena was flooded with up to 2 foot of standing water. This obviously needed to be removed so that the event can go on as usual.
Luckily, MTH had just the right equipment to help out with the situation! Two petrol water pumps have successfully cleared the water from the field, and is now drying out fully this weekend. This is great as this event is an annual fundraiser for MENCAP, a fantastic organisation that supports and works closely with people with learning disability.
Enjoy this fantastic event this weekend! There is free entertainment on from 8pm till late on Saturday and Sunday, and a whole array of fun activities to enjoy throughout the day. Should be nice weather too!
